I think this is Spielberg’s best “serious” movie yet.  For the most part, it stays away from the heavily manipulative stuff and leaves more room for moral ambiguity.  Eric Bana was terrific, in fact the whole cast was good.  I usually hate “inspired by true events” because it means I have to research it to find out what’s real and what isn’t.  However, in a case like this, where most of what happened in shrouded in secrecy, there’s nothing like a definitive version of the story.  Rating: 9
